butterflyvalve
Design features of the low-temperature butterfly valve provided by Viti Industry:
The valve plate and sealing ring adopt a unique three-eccentric structure, featuring compact structure, good shut-off performance and long service life, and combining both regulating and shut-off functions. The actuator adopts a high-performance double-piston rack and pinion structure or a fork type structure, featuring high transmission efficiency and compact structure.
The valve body adopts integral casting technology, featuring a compact structure, small volume and light weight.
The valve plate is installed eccentrically on three sides. When closed, the valve plate expands outward to achieve a peripheral sealed state. When opened, the valve plate quickly disconnects from the sealing ring, effectively preventing the wear of the sealing ring.
The valve seat and sealing ring adopt a replaceable structural design, which is convenient for on-site maintenance and replacement.
When the sealing ring form is multi-layer sealing, no leakage can be achieved. When the all-metal hard seal is applied, the leakage grade is V.
Due to the adoption of a three-eccentric structure, the operating torque is greatly reduced, and bidirectional zero leakage can truly be achieved.
It has low flow resistance and a large rated flow coefficient, approximately three times that of a single-seat valve of the same diameter.
