Vite Industries constantly updates its technology to ensure that the valves it provides are suitable for more demanding environments. The features of the multi-stage pressure-reducing steam (feedwater) control valves for harsh working conditions provided by Vite Industries are as follows:

1. The valves are strictly designed in accordance with the ASME B16.34 standard. For valves above 1500Lb, forged materials are preferred.

2. The actuator can be an electric, pneumatic or (electric) hydraulic drive device.

Third, it adopts a large valve cavity structure, which stops inside the valve body to prevent overspeed. The throat diameter is larger than that of the same product.

4. Multi-stage pressure reduction design (up to nine stages) to prevent erosion, flash evaporation and cavitation. Control the fluid flow rate to reduce vibration and noise;

V. Depending on the different operating conditions of the valve, the size of the openings in the labyrinth sleeve will vary. Especially for some harsh working conditions or complex media, the openings in the labyrinth will be specially treated.

Six. For high-pressure differential working conditions, a balanced valve core is adopted, ensuring balanced force distribution during the opening process.

Seven. The internal components of the valve are hardened through high-temperature heat treatment to enhance the hardness of the valve assembly.

Viii. The sealing of the valve adopts ultra-thick hard alloy surfacing welding to ensure that the valve sealing meets the MSS-SP-61 standard.

Ix. Replaceable valve seat: During unit maintenance, the valve can be replaced and maintained online without cutting it off the pipeline.
