butterflyvalve
Structural introduction of the four-link butterfly valve provided by Viti Industry:
The four-link butterfly valve is mainly composed of a drive unit, valve plate, valve body, valve shaft, rod system and shaft end seal, etc. The opening and closing of the valve is achieved by the driving device driving the valve shaft to move the four-bar linkage mechanism. The rotation of the valve shaft opens the valve plate. When the valve plate is parallel to the center of the pipeline, the valve is in the fully open state. Rotate the valve shaft in the opposite direction to close the valve plate. When the valve plate comes into parallel contact with the sealing surface of the valve body until it is tightly pressed and sealed, the valve is completely closed at this point.
Design features of the four-link butterfly valve provided by Viti Industry:
It is suitable for applications with large diameters, high flow rates, low pressure differences, low leakage or no leakage at all.
2. The sealing surface is not prone to scratches, has good and reliable sealing performance, and there is no wear.
3. Four-bar eccentric mechanism; When the valve is closed, it gets tighter and tighter.
4. It disconnects quickly when opened and has a long service life.
5. Professionally suitable for conveying styrene-coated pastries/smooth pastries media.
