Application fields of imported industrial valves

Industrial valves, as components of fluid control systems, are widely used in key fields such as energy, chemical engineering, manufacturing, and environmental protection. Imported industrial valves, with their high precision, reliability and working condition resistance, play an important role in the following scenarios:

1. Petroleum and Industry

In oil and gas extraction, long-distance pipelines and refining and chemical processes, imported valves need to cope with high pressure, high temperature and corrosive media. For instance, ball valves and gate valves are used for the opening and closing control of pipelines, while sulfur-resistant high-pressure valves can withstand harsh environments containing sulfur. Subsea valves need to have the ability to resist seawater corrosion and deepwater pressure to ensure the safe operation of deep-sea oil and gas fields.

2. Chemical engineering and petrochemical industry

Chemical production involves strong acids, strong alkalis and toxic media. Imported valves are made of special materials such as Hastelloy and titanium to ensure corrosion resistance. The regulating valve controls the pressure and flow rate of the reaction vessel, and the bellows seal stop valve leaks toxic gas. API standard safety valves provide overpressure protection for high-pressure reaction devices.

The main steam pipeline of the thermal power plant uses chromium-molybdenum steel gate valves that can withstand a temperature of 540℃, and the station adopts nuclear-grade valves to meet the requirements of radiation protection. The ultra-low temperature ball valve at the LNG receiving station can withstand liquid at -196℃. The hydrogen energy storage and transportation system relies on metal-sealed valves to prevent hydrogen embrittlement leakage.

4. Water Treatment and environmental Protection Engineering

The seawater desalination device uses duplex stainless steel butterfly valves to resist chloride ion corrosion, and the knife gate valves in the sewage treatment plant can handle media containing solid particles. The intelligent control valve, in conjunction with the SCADA system, realizes the dispatching of the water supply and drainage network, meeting the environmental protection emission standards.

5. Manufacturing and Special Scenarios

The pharmaceutical industry uses sanitary diaphragm valves to prevent medium contamination, while food and beverage production lines employ quick-installation butterfly valves to meet CIP cleaning requirements. The high-purity gas systems in semiconductor factories rely on ultra-high cleanliness valves, and special valves in the aerospace field need to pass temperature and vibration tests.

Imported valves achieve zero leakage, long service life and intelligent control in key areas through precision casting, computer simulation and strict certification systems. With the development of Industry 4.0, intelligent valves equipped with sensors and Internet of Things interfaces are becoming an important support for the upgrading of process industries.
