Maze regulating valve

Performance features of the labyrinth control valve provided by Viti in Germany:

1. The large valve cavity structure ensures that the medium does not exceed the speed limit inside the valve body, and the throat diameter is larger than that of similar products.

2. Nine-stage pressure reduction design to prevent surge, flash vapor corrosion, and reduce vibration and noise.

3. Diverse maze sleeves, with multi-layer balanced sleeves designed for different working conditions, ensure even force distribution during opening.

4. The special inner cavity of the fluid flow channel ensures that flash evaporation, cavitation and cavitation will not occur at key parts, thus having a long service life.

5. High-temperature heat treatment hardening of valve internals;

6. The sealing surface is surfacing with super-thick hard alloy or the sealing surface is sprayed with plasma at supersonic speed.

7. Replaceable valve cores, sleeves and valve seats enable quick maintenance and repair.
