The four-link butterfly valve is mainly composed of a drive unit, valve plate, valve body, valve shaft, stem system and shaft end seal, etc. The opening and closing of the valve is achieved by the drive device driving the valve shaft to move the four-bar linkage mechanism. When the valve shaft rotates and the valve plate opens, the valve plate is parallel to the center of the pipeline, and the valve is in the fully open state. The valve shaft rotates in the opposite direction to close the valve plate. The valve plate makes parallel contact with the sealing surface of the valve body until it is tightly sealed, and the valve is completely closed.

The high-temperature four-link butterfly valve provided by Viti Industry has the following nine advantages:

1. Low frictional resistance and light operating torque

During the initial stage of opening the valve and the final stage of closing it, the valve plate moves parallel to the valve seat, achieving frictionless motion between the valve plate and the valve seat.

B. The drive shaft is close to the center line of the valve, so the drive shaft only requires a very small torque.

C. External double bearing design to prevent medium from entering the bearings and causing jamming.

2. It has a self-cleaning function

The sealing surface of the valve seat is located on the vertical plane, and during the opening and closing process, it will not be damaged by the solid particles remaining in the pipeline to the sealing surface of the valve seat.

When the valve plate and valve seat are opened, the connecting rod mechanism of the valve limits the maximum pressure difference on both sides of the valve, thereby avoiding the impact of the high pressure difference and preventing the occurrence of water carrying in the intake air, ensuring the safety of the system.
