The high-pressure three-eccentric all-metal hard-sealed quick-cut-off and regulating butterfly valve provided by Vite Industry adopts the world's universal design standard. It is suitable for the rapid cut-off and regulation of flow in high-pressure pipelines, with a weight class of up to 2500Lb. The valve opens and closes flexibly and can quickly cut off the pipeline. Its performance is better than that of gate valves, and it has good regulating performance. It can replace Globe type control valves. The actuator can be equipped with electric, pneumatic or (electric) hydraulic drive devices, suitable for temperatures ranging from -196℃ to 850℃. It is applied in industries such as LNG, coal chemical engineering, power, refining and chemical engineering, and metallurgy. It adopts a three-eccentric design, with a small opening torque and good sealing effect. The integral metal forged sealing ring and valve seat are used. Both the valve seat and the sealing ring are made by surfacing Stellite alloy or various sealing materials more suitable for the working conditions. The sealing ring is wear-resistant, erosion-resistant, has a long service life and good sealing performance, achieving zero leakage.

The sealing ring can also be replaced on site. The sealing ring and the valve seat can be directly disassembled and replaced from the valve body as a set, without the need to disassemble and replace the entire machine, achieving rapid on-site maintenance.
