Chairman Xu Lingfeng of Vite Asia-Pacific Center was invited back to his Alma mater to attend the founding conference of the North China Electric Power College Students' Physical Energy Industry Branch

On April 17, 2021, the founding conference of the Material Energy Industry Branch of North China Electric Power University was held at the Beijing campus. Dr. Xu Lingfeng, the chief representative of Weitai, was invited to attend. This conference gathered the strong support of nearly 100 alumni and university research institutes from all over the country.

The conference voted to pass the management measures of the North China Electric Power University Students' Biomass Energy Alumni Branch and the list of members of the first council. Huang Xiangjun, the secretary-general of the alumni association, announced the establishment of the Biomass Energy Industry Branch and presented the appointment letters to the council members.
