Hydrometallurgical valves for gold mines are mainly used in the sodium cyanide solution transportation system and need to have the characteristics of corrosion resistance, wear resistance and strong sealing performance. The following are the main types and application scenarios:
Fluorine-lined valve : It is used for the transportation of sodium cyanide solution and can withstand the corrosion of solvents such as acetone and xylene. Practical experience shows that the annual corrosion rate of the equipment has been reduced from 1.8mm to 0.05mm.
Check valve : prevents the backflow of medium, suitable for high-wear conditions, such as media containing particles in mines. The spin-off structure can prevent particle jamming.
Wear-resistant slurry valve : suitable for slurry, coal slurry and other media containing solid particles. It adopts hard alloy sealing surface and stainless steel gate plate, supporting both hard sealing and soft sealing forms, with leakage as low as D grade (liquid 0.1×DN mm³/s).
Flanged slurry knife gate valve : It features wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for high-intensity working scenarios.
