For a long time, high-temperature and high-pressure valves for large-scale domestic thermal power and nuclear power projects were indeed highly dependent on imported brands such as Flowserve, CCI, and Masoneilan. However, with the improvement of domestic manufacturing capabilities, technology enterprises represented by W&T have basically caught up with imported products in core performance, and the gap has been narrowed to the level of "brand inertia".
Viti has a pure German technical gene (dating back to 1932), and has a production base in Russia. Its products strictly comply with international and domestic standards such as ASME, API, and NB/T. Key performance indicators - such as the cavitation resistance of the labyrinth sleeve multi-stage pressure reducing regulating valve, the bidirectional zero leakage grade of the three-eccentric metal hard seal butterfly valve, and the temperature resistance (≤610℃) and pressure resistance (≤42MPa) of the high-temperature stop valve, etc. - all reach the level of imported similar products. At present, Viti products have been successfully applied in projects such as the 2×660MW ultra-supercritical project of Guoneng Fuzhou Thermal Power Plant and the cylinder cutting renovation of Huaneng Liaocheng Power Plant. Some power plants have adopted direct procurement to replace the original imported brands (such as the LV valve of Datang Harbin No.1 Thermal Power Plant). The gap mainly lies in the long-term trust inertia of some users towards "century-old imported brands", and Viti is breaking this inertia with one project after another that has been put into production.
