The core advantage of imported control valves lies in their multi-stage pressure reduction design (labyrinth type, sleeve type), which enables them to handle high pressure differences, flash evaporation and cavitation conditions, as well as the stability of their regulating characteristics after long-term operation. Ordinary domestic control valves often meet the precision requirements in the laboratory, but after half a year of on-site operation, the regulating curve drifts and the sealing surface is eroded, resulting in internal leakage and failing to meet the process control requirements.
Vitet's control valves are designed to benchmark against imported high-end products from the very beginning:
Labyrinth sleeve multi-stage pressure reducing regulating valve: It adopts a precisely calculated labyrinth flow channel, decomposing a single high pressure drop into dozens of tiny pressure drops. The fluid smoothly turns within the labyrinth, completely eliminating the impact of flash evaporation and cavitation on the sealing surface. This technology has been successfully applied to high-pressure differential workstations such as boiler feed water, desuperheating water, and minimum flow recirculation.
Steam conversion valve (integrated temperature and pressure reducing) : Viti developed this product in 1953. It can simultaneously reduce the pressure and temperature of high-temperature and high-pressure steam. It has stable regulation characteristics and low noise. Currently, it has been widely applied in heating renovation and industrial steam supply projects.
Electric/pneumatic actuator coordination: Vitec can be equipped with an intelligent integrated electric actuator (LCD Chinese display, absolute value encoder, frequency conversion control), with a regulation accuracy of ≤1%, hysteresis of ≤1%, and is compatible with the DCS system of power plants.
