Vitti of Russia has officially obtained the three major system certifications as well as the TS certificate and TSG certificate

Recently, the Russian factory of Viti Fluid Control Co., Ltd. successfully passed the audit of authoritative institutions and officially obtained three international certifications: ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. At the same time, it obtained the "Special Equipment Production License of the People's Republic of China" (TS certification) and the Special Equipment Type Test Certificate (TSG Certificate).

The simultaneous implementation of the five certifications marks that Viti of Russia has established a standardized management system in line with international standards in the three dimensions of quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and safety, and at the same time meets the mandatory access requirements for domestic pressure pipeline component manufacturing.

Three international certifications anchor the fundamental skills of Russian manufacturing

Management system certification is a direct manifestation of the comprehensive capabilities of manufacturing enterprises.

• ISO 9001:2015: Quality Management System certification, covering the entire process of research and development, manufacturing and sales of pressure pipeline components (metal valves), puts forward clear requirements for process control, product consistency and continuous improvement capabilities.

• ISO 14001:2015: Environmental Management System certification, standardizing enterprises' environmental performance, pollution prevention and compliance management in production activities.

• ISO 45001:2018: Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification, focusing on safety risk control in production sites and occupational health protection for employees.

TS Certificate: Special Equipment Production License

The TS certification (Special Equipment Production License, No. : TS2700K62-2030) is issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation and is valid until April 22, 2030. The certificate confirms that the Russian factory of Viti Fluid Control Co., Ltd. is permitted to manufacture pressure pipeline valves (metal valves) of Class A1 and B.

According to the Special Equipment Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the manufacturing units of metal valves with a nominal pressure of ≥4.0MPa and a nominal diameter of ≥50mm must obtain a TS license before they can be sold within the territory of China. Class A1 covers valves with a nominal pressure of ≥10MPa and a nominal diameter of ≥300mm, and it is one of the most technically demanding grades in the industry. The TS certificate is the legal access qualification for Vite's Russian factory to enter the domestic high-end pressure pipeline valve market in industries such as power, chemical engineering, and metallurgy.

TSG Certificate: The "Pass" for Safety Performance of Products Entering the Domestic Market

The TSG certificate (No. : TSX73201000120260032) is issued by the China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute and is valid until July 19, 2030. The certificate confirms that the safety performance of the three types of products, namely gate valves, butterfly valves and plug valves, complies with the requirements of TSG D7002-2023 "Type Test Rules for Pressure Pipeline Components".

Class A1 is the highest grade under the new TSG regulations, covering valves with a nominal pressure of ≥10MPa and a nominal diameter of ≥300mm. Obtaining the A1-level certificate means that the high-pressure gate valves and butterfly valves of Russian Viti have passed the national-level type test and can legally and in compliance enter the high-end markets of domestic power, chemical, metallurgy and other industries.
