1. It is suitable for rapid flow cut-off and regulation in high-pressure pipelines, with a maximum pound level of up to 2500Lb. The sealing ring is made of metal hard-to-hard, which is flexible and applicable to various working conditions.

3. The sealing ring is designed innovatively, simply and maintenance-free. The valve opens and closes flexibly, can quickly cut off the pipeline, has strong self-cleaning ability and a long service life.

Five eccentricity principle:

To enhance the pressure-bearing capacity of the butterfly valve, the valve shaft should be eccentric to the sealing surface of the valve plate, that is, axially eccentric. The sealing surface is placed on the valve stem side, and the sealing surface is eccentric to the valve stem.

2. To reduce the friction between the valve seat and the sealing surface of the valve plate and enhance the service life of the valve, the valve stem should be eccentric to the center of the channel, that is, the diameter phase eccentric. The valve stem is on one side of the centerline of the valve channel, and the valve stem is eccentric to the center of the channel.

3. To enhance the sealing performance, the sealing surface should adopt radial eccentricity, that is, the center of the elliptical cone is eccentric. The circumferential line of the circular sealing ring is extended to form an elliptical cone, and the center of the elliptical cone is eccentric to the center of the channel.

4. To better control the expansion and contraction deformation at high and low temperatures and make it more uniform, the valve seat seal should adopt a positive center eccentric design. Each section of the sealing ring perpendicular to the centerline of the channel should be a positive circle, and the center of each surface should be eccentric to the centerline of the channel.

5. To achieve a better sealing effect, the sealing surface adopts a double-sealing structure of forced line sealing and surface sealing, and it is required that the sealing surface be designed as a circular, anisotropic spherical sealing ring.
