Multi-stage pressure reducing regulating valve
The multi-stage pressure reducing regulating valve provided by Viti Industry adopts a large valve cavity structure and is specifically designed for high-pressure differential conditions. It is particularly suitable for special working conditions where the flow rate is very high, erosion and corrosion often occur at the internal throttling part, and cavitation, noise and vibration are also caused by cavitation. Common multi-stage pressure reducing regulating valves are classified into three types. Although they differ in structure, they share the same working principle. They all reduce the total pressure difference in multiple stages by changing the structure, so that the pressure drop Δp1 of each stage is less than the critical pressure difference for cavitation, thereby effectively avoiding the occurrence of hazards such as cavitation. Design features of the sleeve control valve provided by Viti Industry:
1. The stability of the sleeve control valve is good. As the valve plug of the sleeve control valve is equipped with a balance hole, it can reduce the unbalanced force of the medium acting on the valve plug. Coupled with sufficient valve plug guidance, it is less likely to cause the valve core to vibrate.
2. The sleeve is pressed against the valve body through the upper valve cover. Unlike single-seat and double-seat control valves, the valve seat is connected to the valve body through threads, thus making disassembly and assembly simple and convenient.
Single-seat control valve
The single-seat control valve core provided by Viti Industry adopts an upward guiding structure, with a compact valve body structure and an S-shaped fluid passage. It features low pressure drop loss, large flow rate, wide adjustable range, and high flow characteristic accuracy. It is equipped with a standard W&T brand pneumatic diaphragm actuator, which has a compact structure and a large output force.
